Meet Nick Ravaji

Nick represents clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations and Court proceedings. His focus is to cut through red tape and achieve practical outcomes.

Nick has advised clients across private and public sectors, including Air New Zealand, Genesis Energy, St Lukes Group, Progressive Enterprises, Fire and Emergency New Zealand and various government ministers.
Nick started his career at a large national law firm and has extensive experience advising on complex regulatory issues involving councils and government authorities including resource management law, alcohol licensing, privacy, human rights, and employment relations. After several years practicing law in the United Kingdom and assisting a European technology billionaire with legal and business issues, Nick returned to New Zealand to raise his young family.

Leveraging Nick’s technology and digital experience, clients also call on him to support them with tech implementations, software subscriptions, support and maintenance arrangements and SLAs.
Outside of the office, Nick has his hands full juggling two energetic sons. He’s looking forward to when they’re old enough to join him on his long-distance cycling adventures such as from London to Paris, through Southern Italy, and around New Zealand’s East Cape. In winter you might find him chasing a hockey ball around the North Harbour Hockey Stadium. Nick maintains strong links with New Zealand’s Indian community. His grandfather Dayal Kesry was the founder of the New Zealand Central Indian Association, an honorary life member of the Auckland Indian Association, and the captain of the first ‘New Zealand Indians’ men's hockey team to compete against touring international teams.

Let’s talk today.
